Welcome to Metro Heat Volleyball Club.  We are dedicated to providing a challenging and competitive program for local athletes aspiring to compete at a high level.  Our coaching staff is committed to helping each athlete build character, self-confidence, individual skills, team work, and overall knowledge of the game.  Playing club volleyball also helps athletes improve social skills, and build lifelong friendships.  Through volleyball we promote sportsmanship, and teach life lessons to athletes of all ages.
