This Covers:

•  Head Coach & Assistant Coach
• 7-8 Tournaments: 6 local in DFW area, 1 Lone Star (May travel), 1 NTR Regionals (Team must earn BID to qualify)                          
• Practice Facility
• 2 Practices a week
• Team equipment: 10 volleyballs, 1 ball cart, 1 ball bag
• Uniform Package: 2 jerseys, 2 spandex, 1 pair of knee pads, 2 practice shirts, 1 hoodie & 1 back pack

Black: $2550.00

For travel tournaments: 
Players hotel and travel expenses are NOT included.
​Hotels are required to be booked with our team block.  Please estimate to pay around $200 per night.  Athlete will stay with their parents or    guardian in their hotel room.

Additional things to know 
Discounts: 

• All returning players will receive a discount of $100
• Siblings will receive a discount of $200

Deposit is non-refundable

Payments are due on the 1st of the month.  A late fee of $20 will be accessed if payment is not received by the 5th. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month the player will not be allowed to participate in any club activities, practices or tournaments until account is brought current.

Fundraising:

• We have several different fundraising options we run all throughout the season

Other Fees not included: 

• North Texas Region (NTR) /USAV membership fee $50.00
• Travel to and from tournaments
• Hotel stay for players/parents. For all stay to play events, hotels must be booked with our club hotel block. Expect to pay around $200 per night
• Game On Sports Complex Membership fee $30 
• Score Clinic $10
• Team bonding events/activities may have fees not included

 
Practice and Tournament schedules

• Practices will be 2 hours twice a week anytime between 6-10pm.
• Local tournaments can be 1-day or 2-day events.
• National Qualifier tournaments are 3-day events.  They can be Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday
